DUBBA - by EV3 Labs

Regional voice
localization,
as infrastructure.

Same voice. The accent of the city you're speaking to.

EV3 Semantic Regional Intelligence™ is a purpose-built dataset of 1,893 city-level regional profiles - 271 languages, 216 countries, 1563 cities. Each one carries real pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar and prosody rules rather than a language code, so a target city resolves into speech that sounds local while keeping the original speaker's voice. We keep publishing what it still doesn't cover.

Every localization is driven by EV3 Labs' proprietary Semantic Regional Intelligence dataset - enabling city-level adaptation instead of generic language translation.

Provenance

Every localized asset ships with its own record.

The EV3 Nutrition Label states what the asset is, which tools made it, who authorized it and when it was produced. We hash that record, mark the audio itself and register the fingerprint publicly, so anyone can check it later without asking us.

Why now

From August 2026, EU AI Act Article 50 requires AI-generated or manipulated audio and video to be disclosed in a machine-readable way. A dubbed voice track is squarely in scope.

The practical problem: a disclosure written into a file is lost the moment that file is re-encoded, clipped or re-uploaded. The claim has to survive the platform, not just the export.

Inaudible watermark

A 16-bit AudioSeal mark is carried in the audio itself. It survives re-encoding, clipping and re-uploads, and can be recovered from the track alone.

Public ledger anchor

The record's fingerprint is timestamped on the Flare ledger, somewhere neither we nor the customer can quietly edit after the fact.

Anyone can verify

Each label has a public page and machine-readable JSON. No account, no vendor portal, no trust in us required.

Fits your signing

The label is handed off as an assertion for your own C2PA manifest. It sits upstream of signing rather than replacing it.

Creating and previewing videos is free. Publishing a localized video costs $50 for that video, once, and it arrives with its neural watermark and its public record. See pricing or talk to us about volume.

Evaluate DUBBA on your own content.

We run a scoped pilot on your footage and your target regions, then hand back the masters and a written evaluation report. No platform migration required.
