TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated 19 September 2026

01

Who we are

DUBBA is operated by EV3 Labs (EV3 AB), Stockholm, Sweden. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. Questions: fred@evidence3.com.

02

Accounts and beta minutes

Accounts are created with Google sign-in. New accounts receive a number of free localized minutes so they can create and preview work. Minutes are consumed when a video is generated, whether or not you go on to licence it. Additional minutes are granted by arrangement. The service is in beta: features may change and availability is not guaranteed.

03

Preview videos

Every generated video starts as a watermarked preview. The preview carries a visible DUBBA mark and a provenance QR badge on the picture, and downloads are disabled. Previews are for internal evaluation only and may not be published, broadcast, advertised with, or otherwise used commercially.

04

The $50 commercial licence

Buying the Commercial Pass for a video grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use, publish, distribute and monetise that one localized video, including commercially. The charge is one time and covers that single video. It is not a subscription, and it does not cover other videos, other language versions, or re-generated masters. You retain your rights in your own source footage; we claim no ownership of your material or of the localized output.

What the licence changes about the file: the visible DUBBA mark and QR badge are removed from the picture. What it does not change: the inaudible neural watermark stays embedded in the localized dialogue, and the public provenance record for the video remains public. Removing or attempting to strip the neural watermark, or misrepresenting the origin of the file, is a breach of these terms.

05

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars and processed by our payment provider. Because the clean export is delivered immediately on payment, commercial licences are non-refundable once the clean file has been made available. If a payment succeeded but the export did not unlock, contact fred@evidence3.com and we will fix it or refund you.

06

Provenance records

Certifying a video publishes an EV3 Nutrition Label: a description of what the file is, how it was produced and when, fingerprinted and written to a public ledger. That record is public and permanent by design, and it is what makes the file verifiable by third parties. It contains production metadata, not your source footage. During beta the ledger used is a public test network, which we state on the record itself.

07

Your content and acceptable use

You confirm you hold the rights to the footage and voices you upload, including consent from identifiable speakers to produce a synthetic localized performance of their voice. You must not use DUBBA to impersonate people without consent, to create misleading political or financial content, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

08

Service levels and liability

The self-serve service is provided as is, without warranty. Named service levels, turnaround commitments and contractual terms are available under an enterprise agreement. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the self-serve service is limited to the amount you paid us for the video concerned.

09

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Swedish law applies, with the courts of Stockholm having jurisdiction.
