Controller
EV3 Labs (EV3 AB), Stockholm, Sweden, is the controller for personal data processed through DUBBA. Contact: fred@evidence3.com.
02
What we hold
Account data from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile picture). Usage data (jobs created, minutes consumed, credit history, licence purchases). The media you upload and the localized output produced from it, including transcripts, translated scripts and generated audio. Basic product analytics events tied to your account.
03
Why we hold it
To run your localization jobs, to show your history and balance, to deliver and prove licensed exports, to support you, and to keep the service secure. Payment data is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card details.
04
Voice and model training
We do not use customer media, transcripts or voice telemetry to train base AI models. Generated voice profiles exist only inside your workspace context for the duration of the job and are purged on job completion or account deletion.
05
Processors we use
Cloud hosting and database, speech to text and speech synthesis, translation and language models, media rendering, neural watermarking, and payments. A current sub-processor list is provided with the enterprise agreement on request.
06
Provenance records are public
When you certify a video, the EV3 Nutrition Label is published and its fingerprint is written to a public ledger. That record describes the production of the file. It can include the contact address associated with the record, which defaults to the account email of the creator; tell us if you would rather it show a shared company address instead.
07
Retention
Media and job data are kept while your account is active so you can revisit and export past work. Delete a job to remove its media, or ask us to delete your account and we will remove your data within 30 days. Public ledger entries are permanent by nature and cannot be withdrawn; they contain production metadata, not your footage.
08
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and you can object to processing, by writing to fred@evidence3.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
